- Secondary layer dressing, used with KRUUSE Manuka Honey or KRUUSE Hydrogel, to contribute to keeping the wound moist
- Made of viscose and polyester with a perforated Polyethylene (PE) film on both sides, reducing the risk of attachment to the wound – also reducing pain at bandage changes
- Tightly woven layers ensure no linting
